Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy explains how Fastcurve and its product platforms use cookies, software development kits, local storage, and similar technologies (collectively, “Cookies”) on the Fastcurve website and within authenticated web applications. Mobile applications use platform-equivalent identifiers and storage in line with Apple App Store and Google Play requirements.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, to improve performance, and to provide information to site operators. We also use similar technologies such as browser local storage, session storage, and pixel tags. In mobile applications, equivalent functionality is provided through platform identifiers, secure storage, and SDKs governed by the relevant app store policies.
2. Categories of cookies we use
Strictly necessary: required for the website and authenticated platforms to function — for example, session management, load balancing, security tokens, CSRF protection, and remembering consent choices. These cannot be disabled without breaking core functionality.
Functional: remember preferences such as language, theme, last-used workspace, and UI layout so the experience persists across sessions.
Analytics and performance: help us understand how the website and platforms are used so we can improve performance and content. These technologies are configured to collect aggregated insights rather than to identify individual visitors.
Customer-configured: within multi-tenant platforms we engineer for clients, the customer (as data controller) may enable additional analytics, marketing, or product-experience tools through their own configuration.
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on the Fastcurve website.
3. Mobile applications and SDKs
Our mobile applications, including the Enkept family of apps published on the Apple App Store and Google Play, use a small set of integrated SDKs for crash reporting, performance diagnostics, secure authentication, and (where applicable) push notifications. App-level permissions for camera, location, biometrics, and notifications are requested at the point of use and can be controlled in your device settings. SDK behavior is described in the data-use disclosures provided on each app store listing.
4. Managing your preferences
Most browsers allow you to view, manage, delete, and block cookies through their settings. You can also use private/incognito browsing modes. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the website or authenticated platforms from working correctly.
Where a cookie consent banner is presented (for example, in jurisdictions requiring opt-in consent), your choices are recorded and respected for the duration of the consent period. You can revisit your choices at any time using the consent controls provided on the site.
For mobile applications, you can revoke permissions, reset advertising identifiers, and delete account data from your device's system settings, or through the in-app account controls.
5. Third-party services
We use a limited set of reputable third-party services to operate the website and platforms (for example, infrastructure, content delivery, error tracking, and analytics providers). These services may set their own cookies in accordance with their own policies. A current list of material subprocessors is available on request from support@fastcurveservices.com.
6. Changes to this Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time as the technologies we use evolve. Material changes will be highlighted on the website. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
